How this company works
We work on homes, not commercial buildings, so the whole day is spent on the things that break in houses: attic package units baking through a 110-degree afternoon, condenser coils packed with ag dust and cottonwood fluff, blower motors, thermostats, gas heaters that will not light. Being independent means we are not affiliated with any manufacturer and have no brand quota to hit. If a capacitor or a motor fixes your system, we say so. If the system is done and a repair is throwing money at it, we say that too, and we put both options in writing so you can decide with the numbers in front of you rather than under pressure in a hot hallway.
What a visit looks like
We cover homes across California and Nevada, from valley heat to high desert cold, and we plan routes so a technician is not showing up at the end of a long drive with nothing left in the truck. We are open Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Call during those hours or send the quote form any time and we will pick it up when we open. Tell us if the house has someone elderly or a baby in it and we will work with you on timing.
