How fast can someone get to my house in the summer?
Call us and we will give you a real window for your area, not a guess. Inland California in July and August is our heaviest stretch, so mornings book out first and we keep slots open for houses with no cooling at all. If you have someone elderly or an infant at home, say so when you call and we move you up the list. Coastal and higher-elevation areas usually have more same-week availability.},{
My AC runs all day and the house still will not cool below 80. Is that a broken system?
Sometimes, and sometimes it is the system being asked to do more than it was sized for. Most residential equipment is designed to pull the indoor temperature roughly 20 degrees below whatever it is outside, so a 110-degree afternoon can mean a house that stalls in the high 80s even with everything working. What we look at is refrigerant charge, airflow through the coil and ducts, and whether the outdoor unit is packed with dust. Before we come out, change the filter and clear anything growing or stacked against the condenser.
Which parts of California do you serve?
We cover homeowners across California and Nevada, and the city list on this page shows where we run regular routes. If your town is not spelled out, call anyway, because our service area is wider than the pages we have built so far. Rural addresses and long driveways are not a problem, we just like to know in advance so the truck arrives with the right stock.
What should I have ready before the technician arrives?
Know your thermostat brand and where the indoor unit lives, whether that is an attic, a garage, a closet, or a package unit on the roof. Clear a path to the attic hatch or the equipment door if things have piled up in front of it. If you have paperwork from a past repair or an install date for the system, set it out. And write down what you noticed, such as a smell, a rattle, water on the floor, or a breaker that keeps tripping.
I smell gas near my furnace. What do I do?
Get everyone out of the house first. Do not flip switches, do not light anything, and do not stay inside to investigate. From outside, call 911 or your gas utility and let them clear the property. The same goes for a carbon monoxide alarm that is sounding. Once the utility says the house is safe, call us and we will inspect the heating equipment, the heat exchanger, and the venting before anything gets turned back on.
How it works
- Step 1
Tell us the symptom
Call or fill in the quote form. We ask what changed, when it started, and what the thermostat reads. That tells us whether to bring parts for a cooling fault or a heating fault.
- Step 2
We diagnose on site
A technician checks the thermostat, the electrical side, airflow through the filter and coil, refrigerant pressures, and the outdoor unit. You get told what failed and why, in plain words, before anything is replaced.
- Step 3
Repair and verify
We make the repair, then run the system and measure the results at the vents. If a part needs ordering, we say so and give you a realistic window instead of a vague promise.

Why homeowners call us
- Built for real valley heatWe work in areas where afternoons sit above 110 degrees and systems run for months without a break. That shapes how we size repairs, check capacitors and contactors, and judge whether a compressor is genuinely done.
- Attic and package unitsPlenty of homes across the region run attic air handlers or rooftop package units instead of a garage furnace and a side-yard condenser. We are used to the access, the duct runs, and the drain issues those setups bring.
- Dust and debris we expectAg dust, cottonwood fluff and grass clippings pack condenser coils and starve a system of airflow. We clean what we find and show you the difference, rather than adding refrigerant to a unit that just could not breathe.
- Heating too, not only ACFurnace repair, heat pump faults and no-heat calls get the same attention as summer work. Ignition problems, cracked or failing components and short cycling all get diagnosed before we recommend anything larger.
- All major brands, gas & electricFrom Carrier and Trane to Lennox, Goodman, Rheem and Bryant, serviced independently.
- Straight answersWhen a replacement beats a repair, we tell you, sometimes before we roll a truck.
