Search for it as an AC not cooling or air conditioner blowing warm air and you land in the same place: one visit, one written quote.
What an AC not cooling call involves
We start at the thermostat and work outward. A technician confirms the system is actually calling for cooling, then checks airflow at the return and the supply vents, inspects the filter and coil, and measures what the outdoor unit is doing. From there we take refrigerant pressures and temperatures to see whether the problem is airflow, a failing part, or a refrigerant issue. You get a plain description of what we found and what the repair involves before any work starts.
What we check and repair
Common causes in this region are a condenser packed with ag dust and cottonwood, an evaporator coil iced over from restricted airflow, a failed capacitor or contactor, a bad condenser fan motor, a blower that has slowed down, or a refrigerant leak. On attic and rooftop package units we also look at crushed or disconnected duct, and at the condensate drain. We clean, replace the failed component, or repair the leak, then verify the temperature split across the coil before we leave.
How we decide repair is the right call
We look at what failed, why it failed, and how the rest of the system is holding up. A capacitor or a contactor on an otherwise healthy unit is a straightforward repair. A compressor that has gone down on an older system with a history of leaks is a different conversation, and we will lay out both the repair and the replacement path with the pros and cons of each. Your call, not ours. We do not push equipment you do not need.

Why is my AC running constantly but not cooling the house?
On a 110-degree afternoon a healthy system can run nearly nonstop. If the air at the vents is warm, suspect a dirty condenser, low refrigerant, or a failed fan motor. Have it looked at rather than letting it run.
Should I turn the system off while I wait?
Yes. If it is blowing warm air or you see ice on the lines, shut it off at the thermostat. Running it that way can damage the compressor and makes the eventual repair larger.
Can a dirty filter really stop cooling?
It can. A loaded filter starves airflow across the evaporator coil, the coil ices over, and cooling drops off. Change the filter, give the ice several hours to melt, then call us if nothing improves.
How it works
- Step 1
Tell us the symptom
Call or fill in the quote form. We ask what changed, when it started, and what the thermostat reads. That tells us whether to bring parts for a cooling fault or a heating fault.
- Step 2
We diagnose on site
A technician checks the thermostat, the electrical side, airflow through the filter and coil, refrigerant pressures, and the outdoor unit. You get told what failed and why, in plain words, before anything is replaced.
- Step 3
Repair and verify
We make the repair, then run the system and measure the results at the vents. If a part needs ordering, we say so and give you a realistic window instead of a vague promise.

Why homeowners call us
- Built for real valley heatWe work in areas where afternoons sit above 110 degrees and systems run for months without a break. That shapes how we size repairs, check capacitors and contactors, and judge whether a compressor is genuinely done.
- Attic and package unitsPlenty of homes across the region run attic air handlers or rooftop package units instead of a garage furnace and a side-yard condenser. We are used to the access, the duct runs, and the drain issues those setups bring.
- Dust and debris we expectAg dust, cottonwood fluff and grass clippings pack condenser coils and starve a system of airflow. We clean what we find and show you the difference, rather than adding refrigerant to a unit that just could not breathe.
- Heating too, not only ACFurnace repair, heat pump faults and no-heat calls get the same attention as summer work. Ignition problems, cracked or failing components and short cycling all get diagnosed before we recommend anything larger.
- All major brands, gas & electricFrom Carrier and Trane to Lennox, Goodman, Rheem and Bryant, serviced independently.
- Straight answersWhen a replacement beats a repair, we tell you, sometimes before we roll a truck.
